A kudos bot that treats Teams as a first chat, not a port
Business puts Kudos Rally in Microsoft Teams: Adaptive Cards to give kudos, one channel digest, monthly leaderboard, and AI recaps. Slack stays available on the same plan.
A kudos bot that is "Teams compatible" often means a webhook into a channel and a Slack-shaped workflow. People in Teams then paste a slash they do not have. Kudos Rally's Teams path is an Adaptive Card.
Teams is on Business only: $79 a month, 200 people, 12 values tags, rewards catalog of 25 items you fulfill, CSV of 50,000 rows, AI recaps at 4,000 characters. Free (10 people) and Team (50 people) stay Slack only.
HeyTaco includes Slack and Teams on Classic at $3 per user, so 35 people is $105, which is more than $79, and they are live. We win when you want a flat Business price and an AI recap, and you can wait for launch.
The Adaptive Card is the give
A personal-app tab with a Give button. Pick a person, type the note, pick one of 12 tags, send. The note is capped at 500 characters, same as Slack.
A message-action on a Teams message: "Turn into kudos" (Business), which copies that message text the same way the Slack reaction does, still capped at 500 characters. If the message was a joke, you still get a joke in the archive.
Daily give cap is 5, same as Slack Team. We do not sell extra daily kudos. The named person must sit inside the 200-person cap. If they are not in the workspace roster we see, they are not in the archive.
One workspace timezone, one daily reset
The cap resets at 00:00 in the workspace timezone, not in each person's zone. Mixed Gulf and US companies should pick UTC+4 or UTC-5 on purpose. We will not split the cap by member zone on day one.
The weekly digest and the monthly leaderboard post to one Teams channel you name. Same contents as Slack: date range, counts of kudos, givers, and receivers, then the five longest notes. Leaderboard is a cheer, not a score.
Majority language wins the recap
Notes can be in Arabic or English. The AI recap (Team and Business) will summarize in the language that made up more than half the notes that month. Mixed months produce a recap in English with Arabic quotes left intact.
HeyTaco does not sell this as a line item either. If you need full bilingual recaps, say so after launch and stay on raw CSV until then. The CSV is 50,000 rows a month of giver, receiver, timestamp, text, and tag.
The 52-week prompt pack includes 12 Arabic and English prompt pairs so managers can paste either. We keep recaps and kudos for 365 days on Business. One recap per person per month.
A 25-item catalog you fulfill
The catalog is a list of 25 names and point costs. "Afternoon off" costs 40. "Voucher, admin will email you" costs 80. You set a monthly point budget per person between 1 and 500. Spending is a button. Fulfillment is you.

When does it launch?
No public date yet. Founding members get the invite first, by email, before anyone else.
