Privacy notice for early access

This covers the founding list. The app is not live yet, so no Slack or Teams message data is stored.

StyleLine FZE, in the SRTIP Free Zone in Sharjah, runs Kudos Rally. When you join, we store the details listed below.

What we keep

Your email, optional answers, the time you joined and confirmed, the page you signed up on, the referrer and UTM tags if your link had them, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser's user agent. No password. No Slack, Teams, or employee data, because the app has not started.

Page visits are counted without cookies, and visit records keep no IP address.

Who can see it

Messages come from support@kudosrally.com. StyleLine staff can read your sign-up details to confirm you, send the recognition prompts pack, and tell you when Kudos Rally opens.

We do not sell your address. We do not add it to a second list.

How to delete it

Email support@kudosrally.com from the address you used. We delete the row within 30 days.

Kudos Rally measures visits by page without cookies and keeps no IP addresses.

When you join the Kudos Rally waitlist we store the first page you opened, the document referrer host (if any), and standard UTM tags from that visit in a first-party cookie until you submit the form. We classify that into a channel (for example Google, direct, or unknown) using the same rules as our cookieless visit counts. We do not store your IP address for this.
