What is in the mail
52 weekly prompts. Each is one line a manager can paste: "Who cut the time to resolve a page?" "Who wrote a doc the rest of us used?" No birthday prompts. No "who brought the energy."
Twelve of those 52 in Arabic and English, the same ask in both languages, so a mixed Dubai and London team is not always defaulting to English filler.
A values-to-behaviors worksheet. 8 blank value names, 3 behavior examples each. Those 8 map to Team's 8 tags. If you cannot write 3 behaviors, delete the value.
12 kudos sentence formulas, the same ones on the how to write a kudos guide, so the email stands alone.
A review-season cheat sheet. Read 12 monthly recaps. Pull 3 quotes you would defend. Ignore the leaderboard. Empty months mean look at tickets, not invent praise.
